A lichen stone from California.
I recently acquired these two stones, a California flower stone and a lichen stone. I was always interested in stone and use to bring a stone home from camping trips in my youth. But, with these stones I come around to understanding why people get so excited about suiseki, viewing stones and stone appreciation as a hobby. And, collecting them? Well, I see why the hunt is so exciting. You never know what you'll find!
