The Odin chair was created by New Zealander Jamie McLellan for the luxury living spaces of Odin Residences in Niseko Japan. The brief for the Odin chair was to draw from the natural beauty of Hokkaido and fuse the simplicity of Scandinavian inspirations with the aesthetic sensitivity of Japanese culture.

Minimalist in aspect, yet substantial in spirit and construction, designer Jamie McLellan has favored pure and essential silhouettes, an honest and intelligent use of materials that create a warm, almost calming.
