Working with Fear and Opening to Courage



Many of us struggle with fear, worry, and anxiety, whether with minor issues or major concerns in our life. It can be challenging to find courage and ease.

 The mindful approach to anxiety, fearful thinking, and strong emotions is to cultivate the quality of courage through meditation practices, inquiry, and investigation.
