Establish a morning routine that set up a productive day. Eat a proper breakfast and then review your Plan for the Day ( prepared the night before). What are your priorities this week? Have you planned time each day to focus on those priorities? Are there any unresolved issues that need your attention? Have you planned for contingencies in the day?
Take a deep breath in and then breathe out slowly. Do this exercise often during the day to help maintain your composure. Self-care doesn’t have to be a major undertaking. You will feel all the benefits nurturing your mind and body.
