Three Good Things




Dr. Seligman explains the Three Good Things Exercise and how it promotes happiness.

The 3 Good Tings Exercise is to write down for a week , before you go to bed at night, 3 things that went well today and then to reflect on why they went well.

It works because it changes your focus from the things that go well that you might take for granted.

Focusing on things that go well breaks up depression and increases happiness.
