Littering is a problem that can be cured by a little effort on the part of the public to find trash cans on the street instead of simply jettisoning their junk anywhere. This really seems simple but people refuse to alter their behavior for the good of the citizens of their respective cities.
"Remember Every Litter bit Hurts" was a very effective campaign but people need constant reminding. Otherwise their behavior becomes mindless and they simply start littering all over again.
