Feel good by making someone else feel happy


Here is a step-by-step plan that will help you bring happiness into the lives of others and thereby increase your own levels of happiness:

  1:  Select someone in your life that you care about;  your partner, a child, a friend, and so on.

  2:  Identify that person’s current interests in life.  

  3Organize an experience that combines spending time with that person and engaging in one of their interests, like,  go to a museum, play soccer  or listen to music.


 When you focus on making someone else happy you will share in their happiness.
