Sleep Aids

According to the National Sleep Foundation, 41 percent of parents and 34 percent of children reported difficulty sleeping in 2014. Part of the problem? Jam-packed evenings.
For all people -- not just parents or children -- it's important to properly wind down at night to ensure you clock your recommended seven to eight hours of sleep (if you're an adult) each night. Since we know how hard it can be to put aside your to-do list a few minutes early, we've crafted an easy three-minute yoga routine with the help of New York-based yoga instructor Nicole Lynn Hooley.
Watch the video above to learn five simple yoga poses that will help put you in the optimal state of relaxation for a good night's sleep. And don't forget to check out The Huffington Post on Vimeo for more yoga videos!
