IT is all too easy to over-do-it, and the definition changes as your disease progresses. Fatigue happens quickly and my ability to maintain balance is severely compromised which creates a danger of falling. THE LIST OF PROBLEMS ONLY GROWS WITH A PROGRESSIVE ILLNESS. Excuse my pessimism. My advice is for people to adapt their behaviour to a stubborn foe.
Is it best to accept and adapt to the symptoms of a chronic, progressive disease or find every possible way to fight the enemy attacking your central nervous system?
