2. Brain exercise : Games / New dance / New language 
3. Eliminate toxic : Cigarette / Alcohol / Toxic substance in household product 
4. Socialize 
5. Relax : Spa / Meditation 
6. Manage stress 
7. Protect head from injury 
8. Pick a good doctor 
9. Diet : Fish / Almond, nuts / Vegetables / Fruits 
10. Positive way of thinking and responding

11/ Physical contact ( touching) with people, or at least with pets, animals, plants. 
12/ Breathe deeply to insure good oxygenation of your blood
